Product Description
Low-profile hydraulic rams (sometimes called shorty cylinders, flat jack cylinders, and pancake cylinders) have a low height when fully retracted, allowing them to be used in tight or confined spaces. They have a shorter stroke length than standard rams. Hydraulic rams attach to hydraulic pumps to support heavy loads and pressures up to 10,000 psi.
Standard hydraulic rams are used in general purpose applications for one-direction lifting and supporting. They are often used with fixtures to support tasks such as crimping, pressing, and punching. They can also be used standalone for lifting heavy objects.
