A women’s full-grain leather work boot with a moisture wicking nylon mesh lining. The removable EVA cushion insert has adiPRENE® by adidas, a shock-absorbing heel with rebounding forepart pads to help provide energy rebound. Wide toe cap is larger than standard toe cap providing more room for toes to flex and bend. Additional features include polyurethane midsole, lightweight nylon shank, and slip-resistant rubber outsole.

Direct Attach construction is lightweight, flexible, and durable. The upper is placed in a mold and the liquid synthetic soling material is injected, which fuses, or directly attaches, the sole to the upper. This produces a tough, watertight bond. The FlexMet internal metatarsal guard combines a firm, flexible nylon and plastic molded guard with a molded polyurethane cushion beneath the guard. The guard has serrations for increased flexibility. The cushion absorbs the shock of impact and provides a soft cushion when flexing.

These 100% nonmetallic shoes have composite toes and nonmetallic eyelets that won’t mark or scratch work surfaces or activate security-screening devices.

Note: This footwear is designed to provide secondary protection from incidental contact with live electrical circuits. It meets F2413-11 Section 5.5 requirements and is tested to resist the application of 18,000 volts at 60 Hz for 1 minute with no current flow in excess of 1 milliampere under dry conditions. It should not be worn in explosive or hazardous areas where conductive footwear is required.
