Gear Oil: Synthetic, SAE Grade 80W-140, 1 gal, Jug

Miles Mil-Gear S 80W-140 is a fully synthetic, PAO-based gear oil, formulated with enhanced extreme-pressure (EP) additives. It provides excellent protection against wear, rust, and corrosion, for reduced downtime and maintenance costs, even in the most-demanding applications and environments. Recommended for heavy-load and high-temperature applications, such as heavy-duty differentials, car, truck, and heavy equipment transfer cases, as well as in conventional manual transmissions where a GL-5 oil is specified. Also an excellent choice for bearings, steering gears, and universal joints. The non-toxic/non-hazardous formula has excellent lubricity and dispersant properties to resist water contamination and provide outstanding carbon and varnish control.
