Product Description

Air-powered rivet nut installation tools install threaded rivet nuts (sometimes called rivnuts or nutserts) into metal when a threaded hole is needed and the metal workpiece is too thin for a thread. The threaded nut is inserted into a pre-drilled hole and the riveting tool compresses the back side of the rivet nut to secure it in place. When finished, the insert sits flush with the top-facing surface of the workpiece.
