Product Description

DETEX® EAX-300W Series® Exit Door Alarm Battery Powered Weatherized Door Propped Alarm is designed for applications where door open up to the outdoors or wet environments that may not be held or propped open. Open door times are from 1 second to 4 minutes (15 second default) are field adjustable. This device is easy to install on doors and gates. Alarm silences when door is closed, no waiting for key-holder to arrive. Features LED visual arming indicators. 9VDC battery operated with low battery alert indicator. Circuit senses the external magnet location automatically and sets the correct door handing. Helps control traffic, deters unauthorized exits, and provides security.
