Lace closing cable support mesh grips are used in permanent installations when there is no access to the end of a cable. They have a stronger grip strength than rod closing grips. The mesh is wrapped around the cable, secured with a wire, and pulled taut with the eye or ring. Once in place, these grips support runs of cable.
