Product Description
These thermoplastic rubber duct hoses have an external wear strip that protects the hose from abrasion when dragged, preventing premature wear-through. The wear strip is molecularly bonded to the hose wall and will not delaminate from the hose. These hoses resist chemicals, moisture, ozone, and UV rays. They are used on leaf collectors in the grounds maintenance and municipal industries. The hoses are highly compressible, which saves space when transporting them.
These duct hoses are primarily used to blow, vacuum, or exhaust dust. Some types of this duct hose may also be used for moving other materials, such as fumes. The smaller a duct hose's bend radius, the more flexible the hose is. Duct hoses for dust are sometimes known as dust-collection hoses or dust hose.
