Product Description
This universal blockout wall switch cover helps promote proper safety in lockout situations by totally enclosing wall switches in the OFF position, preventing them from being energized while maintenance is in process. It attaches to existing switch plate screws, and folds down to block screws and switch access. Switches may also be locked in the ON position to prevent accidental shutoffs. Secure with a padlock (available separately) and stay committed to using proper lockout/tagout (LOTO) practices and procedures to help protect employees from serious and fatal injuries.
