The MERIT disc backup pad features an innovative retainer ring that permits higher speeds than other rubber holder pads. Nylon reinforcing cloth keeps rubber from expanding under high speeds. Use hard pad for flat work, more aggressive cutting, and heavy stock removal. Roll on/off.
