The DAYTON® permanent split capacitor parallel shaft gearmotor is powered by a permanent split capacitor 3-wire reversible motor. The gear housing is made from high strength zinc die-casting with steel cover. All gears are steel. Bearings are porous bronze sleeve, factory lubricated. For outdoor installation, gearmotor must be protected by a cover that does not block air flow to and around the motor
