Product Description
The 3M™ Water Filtration System helps maintain hot beverage clarity, consistency, and full flavor. The activated carbon helps reduce chlorine taste, odor, and bitterness associated with poor water quality. To help maintain efficient brewing machine operations, the built-in scale inhibition reduces the ability of calcium and magnesium to form as hard scale on the equipment’s heating coils and boilers. This helps reduce downtime and maintenance costs. In addition, a filter media helps reduce sediment particles that can clog the spray head in the brew basket to help extend the life of parts and fittings. Recommended for point-of-use foodservice applications such as brewed coffee, hot tea, and commercial ice machines.
