Metalworking Lubricants Lubricant Dispensing Systems MQL Lubricants Designed for use with Accu-Lube MQL Applicators. Premium metalworking lubricants can be used with all metals. Biobased formula has extreme-pressure additives to reduce heat build-up and extend tool life. Part Number: 1MKL9 is heavy- to medium-duty. Part Number: 1MKN2 is moderate-duty. Accu-Lube® LB-2000 MQL Metalworking Lubricant Biodegradable, bio-based fluid eliminates flood coolant for near-dry machining. Will not discolor parts. Great for sawing solids up to 6" dia. Must be cleaned off prior to heat treating. MQL Applicators Air-operated applicators dispense lubricant to the cutting edge without creating a mist, for near-dry machining and sawing applications. Positive displacement pump with pneumatic timing delivers lube smoothly. Air and liquid flow are easily adjusted. Environmentally safe, minimum-quantity application eliminates hazards from misting. 10-oz. reservoir. Junior Applicators include magnetic base nozzle and magnetic mount.
