Product Description
Dual hooks on these safety cutters provide two cutting edges. The hook tips pierce materials, and the recessed blade within the hooks slices through materials with a pull stroke. The removable cutter head can be replaced when the blades wear out. Dual-hook cutters cut shrink wrap, plastic pallet strapping, corrugated cardboard, and other thin materials.
