Product Description
Dual hooks on these disposable safety cutters provide two cutting edges. The hook tip pierces materials, and the recessed blade within the hook slices through as the cutters are pulled back. The cutters are disposed of when the blades wear out. Dual-hook cutters cut shrink wrap, plastic pallet strapping, corrugated cardboard, and other thin materials.
