Product Description
PVC laminate polyester duct hoses are flame-retardant and self-extinguishing and also resist damage from moisture, oils, ozone, and UV rays. These flexible hoses have an external wear strip that protects the hose from abrasion when dragged. The hoses are highly compressible, which helps save space when transporting the hose. They are suitable for enclosed space fume-removal, welding fume-removal, general fume-removal, solvent ventilation, and general ventilation applications. They are used in the aerospace, facility-service, foundry, ground-support, metal-processing, municipality, plastics-processing, and shipyard industries.
These duct hoses are primarily used to blow, vacuum, or exhaust dust. Some types of this duct hose may also be used for moving other materials, such as fumes. The smaller a duct hose's bend radius, the more flexible the hose is. Duct hoses for dust are sometimes known as dust-collection hoses or dust hose.
