Product Description
3M™ Scotch® electrical tape 2228 conforms to irregular surfaces to insulate and seal in indoor and outdoor bus bar and splicing applications. High-quality mastic laminated to rubber tape insulates, pads, and seals cables and accessories. Premium-grade electrical tape is made of 65-mil thick, ethylene propylene rubber. Includes easy-release liner and self-healing characteristics. Withstands temperatures up to 194°F (90°C).
