Spur Gear Dayton® models have precision needle bearings and heat-treated steel drive gears. High-impact cover and stainless steel front plate completely enclose cable and drum. Factory-installed remote control has 10-ft. cord. Units include friction brake for holding loads. Dutton-Lainson Stronarm models are rugged, high performance winches with efficient spur gear systems for longer run-time. Pulling capacities are based on third layer of cable rather than the first for a more realistic estimate of actual use. Precision needle bearings provide low friction and longer life. Final drive gears are heat-treated carbon steel for greater strength. Dynamic motor brake and friction brake for load holding. AC Electric Winches Include power In/Out.
