This Master Lock® Rotating Electrical Plug Lockout surrounds an electrical 220V or 550V plug and protects against accidental reconnection during maintenance and repair. The unique rotating design helps allow easier installation in confined space applications and is compatible with a padlock or hasp (sold separately). The tough, lightweight Zenex™ thermoplastic body helps withstand chemicals and perform effectively in extreme conditions. Includes high-visibility permanent safety labels. Ideal for most 220V and 550V plugs. Suitable for electrical lockout applications as part of a comprehensive OSHA compliant lockout/tagout safety program.
