- 25 LB. tensioner is ideal for use with 3-in-1, air brake assemblies and electrical cords
- 40 LB. tensioner is ideal for use with 3-in-1, 4-in-1, air brake assemblies, hydraulic hoses and electrical cords
- Patented heavy duty automatic extension and retraction tensioner assembly helps to prevent unnecessary sagging and over extension of critical line and cable assemblies
- Universal mounting plate allows for mounting on either the right or left side of any EZ Claw mounting bracket (brackets sold separately)
- Holds air and electric lines 18" to 24" higher than OEM and aftermarket tender springs, keeping critical lines and cables clear of moving parts, frame rails and catwalks
- Eliminates the need for springs, pogo sticks and bungee cords which can fail at any moment causing breakdowns, delays and out of service DOT violations
- No need for general maintenance as it comes pre-lubricated for worry free operation
- The tensioner comes pre-loaded, keeping the cable retracted when not in use helping to eliminate excessive sagging and chafing of lines and cables
- Laser-cut and robotically-welded steel for durability and strength
- Zinc plated and powder coated for corrosion resistance and longevity
- UV protected nylon webbing with a brass grommet and stainless steel mounting hardware for longer life
- Designed for use on trucks and trailers with standard 3/8 IN OD air brake hoses and electric cable
- Rugged, lightweight design reduces hose and cable movement which can decrease maintenance cost and downtime
- Constructed of high impact, engineering grade polymer and stainless-steel components for durability and longevity
