With additional top and bottom layers for extra toughness, this PIG® Extra-Duty Mat is highly abrasion-resistant so it won't rip, tear, or fray. Durable spunbond outer layers resist ripping and fraying from wiping rough surfaces or parts that would shred standard mats. This mat builds on the 8-layer polypropylene construction of PIG® Mat. A dimple pattern speeds wicking of liquid throughout mat for fast, easy cleanup. Highly absorbent, fine-fiber construction won't leave behind liquids or fiber residue. Absorbs most common industrial liquids: oils, water, solvents, coolants and more. Low-lint for wiping rough parts or equipment and for cleaning in paint booth applications; also ideal for lining benches for rough or sharp parts. Flame-resistant material won't burn immediately like cellulose mats because this mat melts when exposed to high heat. Rolls are perforated every 10 in.; easy to tear to size so you use only what you need. Medium-weight construction offers ideal performance for everyday tasks and cleanups.
