Product Description
Light bulb crushers fit on top of a 55-gal. drum and have a chute for feeding fluorescent light bulbs into the crusher. The units crush the bulbs completely, and they have a filter that captures and neutralizes mercury and other contaminants released during the crushing process. Once the current drum is full, it can be shipped to a facility for proper recycling and disposal and the crusher can be installed on a new drum. Light bulb crushers are used in large facilities that frequently replace large numbers of fluorescent light bulbs.
