Product Description
Battery-powered tensioners for steel strapping have a rechargeable battery that allows the tensioner to be easily moved around a worksite. They reduce hand fatigue that can be encountered when using manually-operated tensioners. These tensioners can be used on flat or round surfaces and do not require external attachments or power sources.
Tensioner tools for steel strapping pull the ends of the strapping to secure the strap around the bundle before sealing the ends together. Steel and zinc-coated steel strapping bands are used to secure heavy loads or loads with irregular or rough edges, such as cement blocks, lumber, and machinery.
