The electromagnetic door holder from Edwards Signaling™ holds doors open until released by a fire alarm system, remote smoke detector, or other switching device. Fail-safe operation—power failure releases door to a closed position. Door closer is required to close the door. Flush mounted. Baked polyester powder paint finish. Low power consumption and silent operation.
