30RC, and cast iron OSG taps are for use with aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and cast iron - For general machine or CNC tapping. Choose TiN Coated for higher tapping speeds and areas where increased tap wear life and improved thread finish are needed. Choose TiCN Coated for high-temperature applications.
