- Electric-Powered
- No. 6MYD1 features a 2-handed safety switch and electric safety brake to stop the blade when either hand is released from the grip. No. 6MYD2 has a rubberized soft-grip handle for more comfortable use. 3 switches (in handle, front grip, and subgrip) allow easier operation. Safety feature allows trimmer to only start when 2 of the 3 switches are pressed at the same time. Guard at the blade tip protects blade and gears.
