Ultratech Inlet Guard; 28" L x 28" W, Removes: Oil, Sediment

This UltraTech oil and sediment Ultra-Grate Guard® helps capture sediment, silt, oil, and other debris before they enter the waterways, while allowing run-off to flow through. There is no need to remove the grating. The guard slides on to the storm drain’s grate and uses heavy-duty hook and loop fasteners to keep it closed. Once installed, sediment, dirt, silt, and other pollutants are easily removed from the guard with a broom, flat shovel, or similar tool. In addition, the guard helps capture oil before it hits the waterway. Helps comply with NPDES 40CFR 122.26 (1999) and TMDL requirements. Suitable for flat grate catch basins especially on construction sites and other areas with large amounts of pollutants.
