Driving for Excellence

Marketing Services:

Develops sales literature, promotions, and catalog. Works cross-functionally to execute projects relating to Imperial’s brand identity.


Develops and implements online, mobile, and email Marketing and sales tools to drive incremental sales and customer acquisition.

Product Management:

Researches and identifies product solutions and programs to meet customer needs while ensuring products meet sales and margin objectives.


Sets pricing and gross margin strategies and programs to align with Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Marketing. Supports sales with quotation process.


Manages procurement of products & Imperial’s commitment of a 98% daily fill rate. Assists in acquiring new products, sources new suppliers, monitors stock levels, and partners with Finance and other functional departments.

Customer Service:

Supports Imperial team members and customers in resolving problems and answering inquiries. Records, enters, and processes customer orders, coordinates efforts between departments and provides administrative support wherever necessary.


Records and reports operating results and financial status of the company. Processes credit/collection of accounts receivable and vendor invoices. Monitors transactions and implements policies and procedures for controlling and securing assets.

Human Resources:

Develops and facilitates processes and activities related to recruiting and onboarding, employee development, employee relations, and compensation.

Information Technology:

Works cross functionally to analyze systems requirements and supports entire organization by developing and implementing programs that transform data into useful information.
