                     swelling.
Inhalation Vapor overexposure may cause drowsiness, injure blood,
liver and may irritate eyes, nose and throat.
Ingestion Small amounts transferred to the mouth by fingers during
use, etc., should not injure. Swallowing large amounts
                     may injure slightly.
Skin Contact A single short term exposure (less than 24 hours) may
irritate. Repeated prolonged contact (24 to 48 hours) may
irritate moderately. Product contains oximes which are
                     possible skin sensitizers.

Comment
Methyl ethyl ketoxime MEKO) is formed upon contact with water or humid air.
Male rodents exposed to MEKO vapor throughout their lifetime developed liver
tumors. Since many commonly used chemicals cause liver tumors in rats and
mice, additional testing is planned by the MEKO supplier to determine any
relevance to humans. Until more data is known, exposure levels should be
maintained as low as possible.

Eye Contact Immediately flush eyes with water for at least 15 minutes. Seek
        medical attention.
Skin Contact Remove from skin and wash thoroughly with soap and water or
waterless cleanser. Get medical attention if irritation or other
             ill effects develop or persist.
Inhalation Remove to fresh air. No first aid should be needed.
Ingestion No first aid should be needed
Comments
Treat according to person's condition and specifics of exposure.

5. FIRE FIGHTING MEASURES
Flash Point Not applicable
Auto-ignition Temperature Not determined

Extinguishing Media On large fires use dry chemical, foam, or water
spray. On small fires use carbon dioxide, dry
chemical or water spray. Water can be used to
                             cool fire exposed containers.
Special Fire Fighting Self-contained breathing apparatus and
Procedures protective clothing should be worn when fighting
large fires involving chemicals. Determine the
need to evacuate or isolate the area according
to your local emergency plan. Use water spray to
                             keep fire exposed containers cool.
Unusual Fire and Explosion None Known
Hazards

6. ACCIDENTAL RELEASE MEASURES
Steps to be taken in case of spill or release
Determine weather to evacuate or isolate the area according to your local
emergency plan. Observe all personal protection equipment recommendations
described in Sections 5 and 8. For large spills, provide diking or other
appropriate containment to keep material from spreading. If diked material can
be pumped, store recovered material in appropriate container. For small
spills, wipe up or scrape up and contain for salvage or disposal. Clean area
as appropriate since spilled material, even in small quantities, may present a
slip hazard. Final cleaning may require the use of steam, solvents or
detergents. Dispose of saturated absorbent or cleaning materials
appropriately, since spontaneous heating may occur.

Local, state and federal laws and regulations may apply to released and
disposal of this material, as well as those material and items employed in the
cleanup of released. You will need to determine which federal, state and local
laws and regulations are applicable. Sections 13 and 15 of this MSDS provide
information regarding certain federal and state requirements.
