Imperial Lighting Warranties

IMPERIAL BRAND VEHICLE LIGHTING LIMITED WARRANTY

All Imperial Brand Vehicle Lighting sold is warranted by Imperial Supplies LLC (Imperial) to purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of one year on incandescent lighting and 10 years or 100,000 hours on LED lighting from the date of purchase from Imperial. Should any product prove to be defective due to manufacture or material, Imperial will issue credit or replacement of merchandise.


IMPERIAL BRAND INCANDESCENT VEHICLE LIGHTING LIMITED WARRANTY

Imperial Brand Incandescent Lights are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of one year from the date of purchase from Imperial. Imperial will replace warranted product to the original purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period. The replacement of warranty or defective product is made at the discretion of Imperial and is based on the results of an analysis on the returned products by our Quality Assurance personnel. Damaged lights, connection and/or terminal failures are not covered under warranty. Proof of purchase may be required for replacement.


IMPERIAL BRAND LED VEHICLE LIGHTING LIMITED WARRANTY

Imperial Brand LED Lights are warranted to be free of defects in materials and workmanship under normal intended use for a period of 10 years or 100,000 hours after the date of purchase from Imperial. Imperial will replace warranted LED product to the original purchaser if the product fails because of defects due to workmanship and/or materials within the limited warranty period. No warranties, expressed or implied will extend beyond this warranty on Imperial Brand Lighting. Imperial reserves the right to alter or modify product design at any time without prior notice and to replace any warranted product with altered or modified product.

WARRANTY CLAIM PROCEDURE

The procedure for filing a warranty claim for vehicle lighting is to:

  • Contact Imperial Supplies Customer Service at 800-558-2808.
  • Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  • Include a full, detailed packing list of all product being returned including part number and quantity. (Claims will not be processed without a packing list.)
  • Ship product, freight prepaid, to Attention: Quality Assurance, Imperial Supplies LLC, 401 S Wright Rd, Janesville, WI 53546.
  • Upon inspection/evaluation of product, Quality Assurance will either issue credit, replacement product, or deny the claim.
  • Replacement product will only be issued to the original purchaser.
  • Product received by Imperial will not be returned to the customer.
