The ScanTel® Purchasing System is one ordering option that enables you to quickly and accurately place your larger orders with Imperial Supplies LLC.

How does ScanTel® work?
Our helpful Field Service Representatives will prepare your parts department for the ScanTel® Purchasing System by barcode labeling your supply bins and teaching you how to operate the ScanTel® unit.

Simply scan the barcode labels on your bins with the scanner, and transmit your order over the telephone to Imperial Supplies LLC

Send your orders directly into our computer 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling toll-free: 1-800-SCANTEL. When you call between 6:00 a.m. CST and 7:00 p.m. CST, our Customer Service Representatives are available to provide personal assistance after placing your order.

ScanTel® Web Push System
Your other option is the ScanTel® Web Push System, which allows you to send your orders directly into our system using your scanner and a personal PC connected to the Internet. Want to know more? Click here.
